What International Vault Does Not Do

International Vault specializes exclusively in the design, manufacture, and installation of custom vaults, secure rooms, and integrated security environments.  To avoid confusion, it’s important to clearly state what services we do not provide.

We Do Not Provide Safe Repair Services

International Vault does not repair, open, service, maintain, or modify standalone safes made by any third party manufacturer. This includes residential, commercial, or consumer safes manufactured by third parties.

We Do Not Offer Locksmith Services

We are not a locksmith company. We do not perform lockouts, combination changes, drilling, emergency openings, or lock repairs for safes or vault products we did not design and install.

We Do Not Service Third-Party Safes

International Vault does not service, refurbish, or support safes manufactured by other companies, including gun safes, fire safes, jewelry safes, or office safes.

We Do Not Provide Emergency or On-Demand Safe Access

We do not offer emergency access, after-hours openings, or time-sensitive response services related to safes or vaults owned or installed by others.

International Vault works with architects, institutions, businesses, and homeowners on new, custom-built vault solutions, including:

  • Custom vaults and vault doors

  • Secure rooms and hardened environments

  • Bank vaults and secure storage facilities

  • Integrated security planning for new construction

If You Are Looking for Safe Repair

If you are seeking help with a malfunctioning or locked safe manufactured by another company, you will need a licensed safe technician or locksmith who specializes in safe repair.

International Vault is unable to recommend or refer specific repair providers.
